Wordware Services:  

Wordware is a portal for families to look up daily meal transactions. 

Adding Funds: An online payment feature is available on Wordware for families who wish to submit payments online. Payments in person using cash or check or deposits will continue to be accepted. Please make sure to include the student's name and/or family ID with check payments.

Wordware accounts are also used for district families to pay for Chromebook payments, activities and community education courses.

How do I get a Wordware Family Account information?
Answer:  please contact Karee Malterud kmalterud@isd138.org to have your letter and activation code emailed to you.

Can I add money to my individual child and not the whole family?
Answer: Wordware accounts are set up by family.  If you add money to the account it gets spread out across the family accounts and shared.

I don't see how to pay for the Chromebook or Activities, how do I get there?
Answer:  To enter into the Activities portal login into your Wordware account.  Click on the red button labeled OTHER PAYMENTS.  Select your child's name and click save.  Then click on Registration Catalog to find a list of items for activities and Chromebook payment.  Follow the directions to make this payment.
