Open Enrollment Teachers
You have the option to choose between three benefit plans through the Public Employees Insurance Program (PEIP). You may also add or drop dependents.
PEIP is administered through Innovo Benefit Administration and questions can be directed to them at 952-746-3101. Plan summaries can be found at the Innovo website.

Enrollment forms must be completed by all teachers requesting changes or enrolling in coverage, and must be turned in to the District Office by November 17th.
Dental Insurance: Benefits provided through Delta Dental are offered to eligible employees. To enroll in dental coverage, click here. To make a change to your current coverage (add/drop coverage of dependents), click here. Print and complete the correct form and return it to the District Office by November 17th.
Flexible Benefit Plan:
Teachers are eligible to participate in the flexible benefits plan. Click here for a list of out of pocket medical expenses that may be included for tax savings. More information is available on the Select Account website. To participate for the upcoming calendar year, print and complete the form and return it to the District Office by November 17th.
