Medical Insurance:
You have the option to choose between four benefit plans through Blue Cross and Blue Shield. You may also add or drop dependents.
By clicking on each plan title, you will see a plan summary that identifies the coverage available under each plan. Also provided is a side by side comparison the the plans.

     12 Month Hourly Employees
     12 Month Salaried Employees
To change your medical insurance election, print and complete the form and return it to the District Office by September 15th.
If you elect one of the HSA compatible plans and want to elect contributions to an HSA plan, complete the form, and send it to the District Office. Changes to HSA elections can happen any time during the year.

Dental Insurance:
Benefits provided through Delta Dental are offered to eligible employees. Check the rate sheet for your bargaining group above to determine if you are eligible. To add or drop coverage or dependents, print and complete the form and return it to the District Office by September 15th.

Flexible Benefit Plan:
All employees are eligible to participate in the flexible benefits plan. Click here for a list of out of pocket medical expenses that may be included for tax savings. More information is available on the Select Account website. Please note that you are making an election for the plan year from October 1st through September 30th, and you if you don't incur expenses during that time, you lose the funds you elected to set aside. To participate for the upcoming year, print and complete the form and return it to the District Office by September 15th.
